Around The House includes a Binder for browsing saved documents, but files do not have to live as an anonymous list. Attach a furnace manual to the furnace, a roofing invoice to the roof, or a warranty to the appliance it covers. You can find the file through the Binder or by opening the item itself.

A warranty is most useful before it expires. Save its purchase or coverage dates with the document so you can see how much time remains without opening a PDF and searching for the fine print.
Receipts, photos, and notes can stay alongside the same item, giving you the evidence and identifying details you are likely to need for a claim or service call.
Private by design, without another account
Around The House does not require a separate web account. Records remain on your Apple devices and, when you enable synchronization, in your own private iCloud. There is no advertising profile and no web dashboard holding a second copy of your home information.
The app is available on iPhone, iPad, and Mac, so details can be captured where the work happens and reviewed later on a larger screen.
